To Etsy, or not to Etsy?

I am thinking about setting up an online shop, using Etsy, a website for selling handmade products. It's free to set up, $0.20 for each item posted, and a 3.5% fee per item sold. Has anyone used this site before? Any better ideas?

Posting Materials

Aimee asked a question about posting materials...
I want a clearning house for materials on here, but i'm not sure it's possible. I need to talk to someone who understands blogs/wikis to see how this can be done. Let's start using the blog, and I may have to convert it to a wiki eventually. Hold on to your materials, please, until I can figure this all out (after R & P proposal time)!
